Dramatic strings lines, tabla beats and electronics blends into a cathartic piece of music, embodying the vibe of an almost dionysiac rite, at the same time sacred and profane. The highly evocative piece Rituale I is the new track by multi-instrumentalist and emerging producer Lo.Sai (Lorenzo Saini) at the hearth of his new double single release: RITUALE (for a de-ritualised world).

Showcasing both Lo.Sai’s talent as a composer as well as his charming stake on electronic production, Rituale I was born as a finale for the 2019 theatre piece Medea live in Corinth by Elena de Carolis, whose original music have been composed by Lo.Sai and ended up in his album Medea - OST (2020).

Rituale was intentionally left out from Medea's release:
“I liked the idea of not being able to listen to the full work made for the piece” says Lo.Sai. As a tale told by a raconteur, which varies slightly each time it is told, a ritual merges the routine of its gestures with the ever changing here and now of a performative act. True to this double nature, Rituale deserved a life on its own.

The single includes the remix Rituale II (pandemic edit), a melancholic and more dancefloor friendly version of the single, which evokes one of the last lost “rites” that we have lost in recent times: clubbing.
